Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Chatbot and Voicebot Sales BDR to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, cold calling 50-60 customers daily, scheduling demo calls, and converting them into POCs (Proof of Concepts) or sales. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.).
Cold Calling: Make 50-60 calls per day to engage prospects, understand their needs, and position our chatbot solutions as the best fit.
Demo Scheduling: Secure demo calls with qualified prospects, ensuring high attendance rates.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of prospects, move leads through the sales funnel, and consistently update CRM software.
Follow-Up: Engage in regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and keep the sales process moving.
Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct discovery calls to identify the pain points of prospects and propose tailored chatbot solutions.
Close Deals: Convert demo calls into POCs or direct sales through persuasive negotiation and product demonstration.
Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain clear communication on pipeline progress.
Market Research: Stay updated on the chatbot industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our solutions effectively.
Requirements:
Experienced in a sales development or business development role, ideally with a focus on technology solutions, SaaS, or AI-powered platforms.
Skills:
Strong cold calling and lead generation abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and position chatbot solutions effectively.
CRM management experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
