Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, focusing on Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint and SQL Server.
- Design and develop scalable, high-quality software solutions that meet both the business requirements and technical standards, with a strong focus on Microsoft applications.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications for SharePoint and other Microsoft platform-based solutions.
- Manage and execute the full lifecycle of software development, from requirement gathering, analysis, design, and development to testing, deployment, and support.
- Provide expert guidance on SharePoint architecture, design, and best practices, along with proficiency in SQL for database management and analytics.
- Knowledge of Power Portal, Power pages, Power Automate, Power BI will be an added advantage
- Work directly with key clients in the UK and US, ensuring their requirements are met and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a global setting, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones.
- Conduct risk assessments, performance tuning, and capacity planning activities to ensure the reliability and scalability of enterprise-level applications.
- Keep abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies and trends to drive innovation and excellence within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft technologies, especially SharePoint and SQL Server.
- Strong background in working with enterprise-level applications and managing projects with international clients, particularly in the UK and US.
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams across different geographies.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning in the fields of Microsoft technologies and project management.
