Compliance - Ensure compliance in the plant/ operating unit SCM
Month Sale plan - Preparing sale plan based on forecast from sales
Inbound - Insure the smooth FG inbound operation in warehouse
Picking Orders - Ensuring picking orders are fulfilled in timely, accurate ways and customer requirement are we'll respected
Invoicing & Documentations - Ensuring all invoicing and documents of all the shipments
Inventory management - Perform monthly, Half yearly and yearly stock taking.
5S - Maintain and keep 5S in warehouse
Operations - Deal with problem occurred in daily operation
Work Management - Assign daily work to warehouse keepers
MHE & Others - Insure the facility and device used in warehouse are we'll maintained
Online Packing Area - Smooth operation in Online packing area
Cost Saving Projects - Work on cost saving ideas and current projects
Service Providers - Dealing with transporters and contractors
Outbound - Insure the smooth FG Outbound operation in warehouse.
ESH - Observance of safety and environmental rules and good practices and care for regulated work environment
Leadership - Inspire people considering Continentals leadership philosophy
