Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces specifically for SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management).
Experience in integrations using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and BIB.
General understanding of how SAP HCM info type logic and processes and Success Factors
Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
Experience in new custom extensions and analyzing existing extensions.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Perform system debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for existing HR applications.
Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed applications and processes.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, implementing improvements as applicable.
Required Skills:
3 to 6 years of experience in ABAP development, with a focus on SAP HR modules.
Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, including reports, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancements.
Experience with SAP Workflow and HR-specific enhancements.
Understanding of HR processes and data management in SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP HANA is a plus.
Familiarity with integration technologies (IDOC, EDI, etc.).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have experience SAP HCM with Workday
