We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Full Stack Developer with experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and strong knowledge of Postgresql to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and will possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the latest Ruby on Rails, Postgresql, and related technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain automated test suites to ensure code quality and stability.

Continuously improve our development process and practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

5-8 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development, including experience in TDD.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

Experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Stimulus and TailWind.

Knowledge of Postgresql database design and management.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
