Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTR Specialist to join our finance team inChennai. As an RTR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrityof our financial records, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management: Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring alltransactions are recorded accurately.
Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accountingstandards and company policies.
Month-End Closing: Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial activitiesare completed on time.
Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepanciespromptly.
Financial Statements: Prepare accurate financial statements, providing insights into thecompany's financial health.
Record to Report: Oversee the record-to-report process, ensuring timely and accuratereporting of financial information.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-7 years of relevant experience in RTR, general ledger management, andfinancial reporting.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency inaccounting software and MS Excel.
Attributes: Self-motivated, team player, and excellent communication skills.
