An opportunity to be apart of Financial Services Division of our client , a nearly 100 year old US MNC, world leading manufacturers of construction, earth moving ,mining equipment's etc is hiring for Record To Report (RTR) activities (expert) for Global entities (US, UK, APAC) entities as part of Centre of Excellence (COE) team from Bangalore Global Business Services (GBS) Organization .
Requirements
Professional Certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMA preferrable
- 8 to 10 years of PQE CA/CMA (US CPA or CMA is preferred) with BCom /Mcom
and at least 6+ years of exp with the Manufacturing & Service nature of the business
OR
10+yrs with CA Inter/MBA,B.com of exp with the Manufacturing & Service nature of the business
- Basics in handling multiple ERP's and varied accounting tools
- Basics in Data Analytical skills and Interpretation of results
- Basics in understanding accounting/business issues
- Flexibility to work in US Shift(06:00PM -03:00AM IST) or 03:00PM-12:00AM IST(2nd shift)
Role requires to povide timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
- Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
- Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analysing and reporting of consolidated financial results.
Shift :03:00-12:00AM IST/06:00PM-03:00AM IST. Candidates should be open to both shifts
