Full-time position in the Sales department, responsible for managing sales operations in the Northern region for the Plywood division. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. The RSM - North will report directly to the Sales Head and will be based in Gurgaon. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Good understanding of the Plywood industry and market dynamics
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the Northern region
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company's sales goals in the Northern region for the Plywood division
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team in the Northern region
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and drive business growth
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the Sales Head
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends related to the Plywood industry
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
