"RPO" - IT Recruiter Role

Role Involves:-

-Strong experience into Tech Recruitment (preferably from Tech Product hiring) for Mid & Tech leadership hiring.

-Understanding Client recruitment needs.

-Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

-Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

-Building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients and POCs.

-Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

-Handled the complete Interview coordination at the client site.

-Responsible for the complete data management.

-Open to operate 4-5 days from client site in Bellandur.
