Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Managing entire recruitment process for all open positions.

Using effective recruitment techniques to source relevant candidates.

TAT management to close open positions.

Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

2. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.

3. Client Handling

Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their specific staffing needs, organizational culture, and any unique requirements for the roles being recruited.

Provide regular updates to client & internal stakeholders on the progress of ongoing recruitment activities, including the status of job postings, candidate pipeline, and interviews.
