Overview: We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with over 3 years of experience in creating and deploying automation bots using UI Path. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI, and expertise in creating automations with UI Path for Salesforce and other systems. This role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining RPA solutions for our customer, a leading U.S.-based telecommunications broadband provider, to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy automation bots using UI Path to automate business processes, with a focus on Salesforce automation.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power BI, to create additional automations and generate insightful reports.
- Develop effective solutions that have been identified by the Business and documented by The RPA Business Analysts.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and implementation guides.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor and optimize deployed bots to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in developing and deploying automation bots using UI Path.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate for workflow automation and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
- Strong skills in creating and managing RPA solutions using UI Path Studio, Orchestrator and Power Platform
- Experience in designing and implementing automation processes across various business functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- UI Path certifications (e.g., Advanced Developer, RPA Developer) strongly preferred.
- Power Platform certifications, including Power Automate and Power BI, are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation using UI Path, including integrating and automating Salesforce processes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of additional RPA platforms or programming languages is advantageous.
