We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath and possess a deep understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) best practices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and implement efficient RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation for RPA solutions, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed bots.
- Monitor and maintain deployed RPA solutions, addressing any issues or failures promptly.
- Continuously improve RPA solutions by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members on RPA solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and UiPath product updates.
Requirements
WHO YOU AREEDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years Proven experience as an RPA Developer, specifically with UiPath.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio and other UiPath components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional Developer).
- Experience with other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering.
