The RPA Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, as they are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions
They work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand the automation requirements and build efficient and scalable automation processes
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and developing robotic process automation solutions using RPA tools.
Gathering automation requirements from business analysts and stakeholders.
Testing and debugging automation processes to ensure smooth operation.
Collaborating with business analysts to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Documenting the configuration, design, and architecture of automation solutions.
Providing support and maintenance for implemented automation processes.
Conducting code reviews and optimizing existing automation processes.
Ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards in automation solutions.
Training and mentoring junior RPA developers.
Staying updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices.
Participating in process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other systems.
Identifying and resolving technical issues in automation processes.
Communicating with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance automation solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing robotic process automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C#, or Java.
Excellent understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
Proficiency in process analysis and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience in conducting automation feasibility studies and producing detailed technical documentation.
Good understanding of data privacy and security principles.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Certifications in RPA tools or related domains is a plus.
Experience in integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems is desirable.
Knowledge of OCR and AI technologies for advanced automation is a plus.
