The successful candidate will be adept at understanding and analyzing our current processes, pinpointing automation opportunities, and driving the adoption of UiPath and AI solutions throughout the organization. Your EDGE assignment/You will:
- The teams north star is 100 incremental hours of automation savings per month every quarter.
Process Analysis & Automation Recommendations
- Actively analyze our current processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Promote automation recommendations from a backlog of over 60 ideas (including insights from RoboCup competition in Feb 2023)
AI Integration with UiPath
- Design and implement AI models tailored for various business scenarios.
- Seamlessly integrate them with UiPath workflows.
- Ensure timely and successful UiPath rollouts, achieving the 100 incremental hours saved per month, each quarter.
- Engage in hands-on development of automation with UiPath as the primary tool, aiming to streamline processes and save man hours.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
- Understand stakeholders current business processes.
- Advocate for automation solutions when they provide clear benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and alignment.
Post-Deployment & Training
- Address all post-deployment issues, create comprehensive deployment handbooks, and document user guidelines to ensure a seamless transition post go-live.
- Train BAU stakeholders on UiPath maintenance, the escalation process, and other pertinent areas.
- Coordinate with the RPA Manager, Program Manager, and stakeholders to establish and meet quarterly automation targets.
Continuous Learning & Enhancement
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the UiPath ecosystem and broader AI technologies.
- Advocate for upgrades and innovations to amplify our automation capabilities.
Are you the one
- At least 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably in UiPath.
- Has background as a business analyst preferably in the Financial Services Industry.
- Experienced in projects and Agile projects roll out and deployment.
- Willingness to multitask to work as a Business Analyst and a UiPath automation developer as required by the project.
- Positive attitude with can-do mentality, ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to liaise with all internal stakeholders and team members.
- Degree in Finance/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Accounting
