Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Gen AI to design and develop robotic automation solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing RPA solutions and should be familiar with Gen AI programming languages and techniques. The RPA Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Your role will function as an overlay of RPA technology and Gen AI to implement innovative solutions with the amalgamation of both the technologies.
You will be expected to be focused on RPA implementation industry's realities and pain points and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.
You will be an individual contributor and take ownership of tasks assigned to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Gen AI programming languages and techniques
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA and Gen AI technologies and trends
- Create POCs with RPA -Gen AI technologies
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and procedures
- Develop and maintain automation documentation, such as design documents, test plans, and user manuals
- Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of automation solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with RPA solutions
- Continuously monitor RPA processes to ensure their accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with at least 1 years of experience in Gen AI programming languages and techniques
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and workflows
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and principles
- Familiarity with RPA tools such as AutomationEdge, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Strong hands on Java or .Net experience, SQL and Powershell
- Hands on Experience with Python
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Supporting certificates in RPA Platform - Automation Edge
- Supporting certificated in Java, Python
