We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ROV Supervisor to join our team. The ROV Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ROV operations, including planning, execution, and maintenance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of ROV technicians and operators during offshore operations.
- Plan and coordinate ROV missions, including equipment selection, deployment, and retrieval.
- Conduct pre-mission briefings and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor ROV performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, inspections, and operational data.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise and support as needed.
- Train and mentor junior ROV technicians and operators.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams, providing regular updates on project status and issues.
