ROR Developer

We are on the lookout for 6+ years of experienced Ruby on Rails Developers. The ideal candidate will efficiently and quickly write code in a timely way in order to improve the code-base of the company's products in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails framework. Ability to build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.

- In-depth understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and their integration with Rails.

- Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Experience in designing database schemas and optimizing database queries.

- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. Ability to integrate third-party APIs and services.

- Strong understanding of TDD principles and experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec, Capybara, etc.

- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive tests.

- Proficiency with Git and related workflows (e.g., branching, merging, pull requests).

- Experience with deployment tools (e.g., Capistrano, Docker) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Basic understanding of server configurations and maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Any graduation in Computer Science or relevant certifications (e.g., Ruby on Rails certification) can be advantageous.
