Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Room Service Order Taker at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in Jaipur. The role involves taking guest orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Communication and Sales skills
- Training in food and beverage service
- Experience in forklift operation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
