- Clean guest rooms according to established standards, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
- Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries and towels
- Check all appliances and equipment in guest rooms to ensure they are in working order
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate staff
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries
- Ensure the security of guest rooms and their belongings
- Follow established safety and security protocols, including handling of hazardous materials and reporting any accidents or incidents
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of housekeeping storage areas and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
