Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a ROC Compliance Manager at HIVA Professionals LLP in Ahmedabad. The ROC Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines. This includes maintaining and updating company registers, preparing and filing necessary documents with the Registrar of Companies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and conducting regular audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing ROC compliance for companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• CS with 0 to 2 years experience
