We are seeking a talented RPA Developer with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in RPA, specifically utilizing Microsoft Power Automate, Power Shell and Python. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions to meet the business requirements. Additional knowledge of other RPA tools will be considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, power Shell and Python.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and support in analysing automation requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA implementations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Create and maintain reusable automation components.
- Develop and implement data integrations using APIs and connectors.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices.
- Attend training and workshops to enhance your skills.
- Be prepared to travel across the country and abroad for project implementation and support.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Python.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Python programming language and using it with RPA tools.
- Ability to travel across the country and abroad as needed.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Please note: This role requires someone to work from Nairobi, Kenya for initial 6 months, later can work remote.
