Job Summary:The Embedded System Training Associate (Fresher) will assist in delivering training programs on embedded systems, supporting curriculum development, and helping with hands-on sessions. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in embedded systems who are eager to start their careers in a teaching and mentoring environment.
Training Assistance:- Support senior trainers in conducting hands-on training sessions on embedded systems, including microcontrollers and interfacing techniques.
Assist in setting up lab sessions and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are prepared.- Help trainees during practical sessions, guiding them through exercises and projects.
Curriculum Support:- Contribute to the development and updating of training materials, such as presentations and lab exercises.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve the training content and delivery methods.Learning and Development:
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in embedded systems.
- Attend internal training sessions to build knowledge and expertise in embedded systems and teaching methodologies.
Trainee Support:
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance to trainees working on embedded systems projects.
Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment, encouraging peer-to-peer learning among trainees.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Assist in maintaining records of trainee progress and training outcomes.- Help prepare reports on training effectiveness and trainee satisfaction.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ or Python.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers and basic interfacing techniques.
Understanding of fundamental electronics principles and embedded systems concepts.Soft Skills:
