Supersourcing is hiring for a client seeking a Senior RPA Developer for a 3-month contract role to lead the migration of UiPath bots to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. This fully remote work-from-home opportunity is perfect for experienced RPA professionals ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Migration Leadership: Drive the seamless migration of UiPath workflows to Power Automate Desktop, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing UiPath workflows and design equivalent, optimized workflows in Power Automate Desktop.
- Deployment & Validation: Deploy automation solutions across development, testing, and production environments, maintaining stability and adhering to change management protocols.
- Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure automation solutions align with business goals.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve migration-related challenges efficiently, implementing reengineering when needed.
- Documentation: Document workflows, migration strategies, and deployment processes comprehensively for future reference.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices and ensuring quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- RPA Expertise: 8+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years each in UiPath and Power Automate Desktop.
- Migration Skills: Proven experience in migrating complex workflows between platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in automation scripting, debugging, and error handling.
- Deployment Expertise: Expertise in deploying bots across multiple environments with robust validation and monitoring.
- API Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating RPA solutions with external systems and APIs.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex challenges.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in UiPath and/or Power Automate Desktop.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI).
- Background in developing automation for regulated industries.
