What You'll Do:

- Collaborate across teamspartner with engineers, Solution Consultants (SC), and customers to bring innovative solutions to life.
- Engage with clientsunderstand their goals and guide them in building automation that transforms their business.
- Manage end-to-end project deliveryoversee timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve in real-timeresolve technical challenges to ensure flawless deployments.
- Document project progress and solutionsmaintain organized, detailed project plans and technical documentation.
- Be a technical leaderinspire collaboration and share knowledge to elevate our team's expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Professional Services or Consulting experience in automation, AI, or data-related domains.
- Startup experiencedemonstrates adaptability and creativity in fast-moving environments.
- Expert Python skillsstrong understanding of automation principles and real-world coding experience.
- Experience with API integration and familiarity with platforms like Blue Prism, Mulesoft, Databricks, or Snowflake (a plus).
- Project management expertiseyou can balance multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skillscomfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership mindsetyou take initiative and drive projects to success, even under pressure.
