We are seeking a highly motivated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team. The RMO will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to patients in a hospital setting
• Conduct medical examinations and diagnose illnesses
• Prescribe and administer medications as needed
• Monitor and record patient progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Respond to medical emergencies as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI)
• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Capacity to handle high-stress situations
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
