RMO Doctor

Patient Care:

• Conduct initial assessments and examinations.
• Monitor patients and update treatment plans.
• Perform minor medical procedures.

Emergency & Critical Care:

• Respond to medical emergencies and assist in resuscitation.
• Handle critical cases under the guidance of senior doctors.

Documentation & Reports:

• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Prepare case summaries and discharge reports.

Coordination & Communication:

• Work with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate patient updates to senior doctors and families.

Medical Procedures & Support:

• Assist in surgeries, medical procedures, and ward rounds.
• Administer medications and IV treatments as prescribed.

Shift Work & On-Call Duties:

• Work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Be available for on-call duties in emergencies.
