The primary responsibility of the RM/ Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads
though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads leads that received from the channel apart
from sourcing business
CTC- 2 to 7 Lakhs
Daily monitoring of leads
Update leads in LMS system
Repost daily activity to supervisor
Service existing clients
Maintain assigned renewals data and persistency targets
Graduate
0-2 years work experience. Minimum 6 months of experience in life insurance sales management / retail bank
distribution / co-operative bank and channel management / DSA relationship
