We are hiring for the position of RM, SR.RM, Manager, DGM, AGM - Sales in the Real Estate industry. This is a full-time role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher-5 years or above of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and competitors
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential customers
- Negotiating and closing deals to meet sales objectives
- Monitoring market trends and competitors activities
- Providing regular reports on sales performance and forecast
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery
