Job Description:

Establish and preserve a solid rapport with clients by learning about their needs and providing specialized solutions.

The incumbent will work with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding process for new customers.

Recognize the regulations pertaining to foreign investments.

Assume responsibility for answering client questions and providing prompt, effective solutions.

Monitoring NAV before it is made available to clients. Assist the Fund accounting staff in coordinating the NAV release in accordance with the established TAT.

Coordinating the fee computations with the Account & Finance staff. Release the weekly/monthly fee calculations to the clients after double-checking the fee computations using the NAV pack.

Respond to inquiries from the client if clarification is needed.

Working together with the Operations group.
