About Retail Lending
The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home
Loans, Car Loans and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small
Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank.
About the Role
Small Business Banking is part of Retail Lending dealing with MSME Loans. Equipped with Products to Suit the
requirements of all MSMEs through their Life Cycle Coupled with various Digital Initiatives, SBB is on Consistent
Growth Path. With Customer base of 2.5 Lacs + and book touching 40K Crores, SBB is increasing Business Share
With in our Bank as well as Competition. With an eye to build a robust Customer Model and preferred Lending
partner to 5 Lac MSMEs in their Journey, SBB is inviting applications from Individuals with an Eye for Innovation,
Growth Mindset & who share the mission to emerge as Digitally Enabled / Preferred MSME Partner.
As the book grew & base had increased, in line with our Banks Policy of Customer Obsession, Portfolio Team is
established with a goal to Engage with Customer, Look for Opportunities on Lending, Liability , Banking Needs at
the same time Manage Risk & Profitability of the Relationship.
Key Responsibilities
. Act as Absolute owner of the Mapped book & manage the Customer Life Cycle.
. Create an excellent Customer Experience by way of engaging, enabling & e2e Ownership
. Fresh Acquisition of Working Capital Loans through Referrals & activities
. Renewals & Deferrals Management
. Manage the Portfolio Health, DPDs & the timely interest servicing
. Aim to increase Product per Customer & acquire full relationship of the Customer for all banking Needs
. Effectively use the Digital platforms like Project Neo, Various STP Journeys , Business App , Siddhi &
others available to extend faster & better experience.
. Responsible for the productivity of the Relationship officer if mapped.
. Partner with Central Office, Project teams to constantly share feedback on Customer Asks & take
initiatives - Be a change maker.
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is: . Graduate/ MBA (Marketing) preferred
