Leading one of the Risk Research Functional Teams (10 FTEs with a possibility to grow up to 12 FTEs)
Managing the work of the assigned team (incl. team meetings, 1:1 meetings, performance management)
Establishing and running a development plan for team members
Managing workload distribution and monitoring progress of each of the shift members
Supporting Risk Research team members in their day-to-day related questions and needs
Process guidelines and/or documentation updates
Activating emergency plans (for example: in case of a system downtime)
Compiling and monitoring metrics (process performance & SLA monitoring)
Managing working schedule, planning process for the team, attendance and absence monitoring, staffing of each shift
1-1.5 years of professional experience in leadership role (Team Leader, Team Coordinator) ideally in dynamic, process-driven environment, preferably a SaaS company
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain or Procurement would be a plus, but is not a must
Customer-oriented, analytical thinker that prioritizes quality
Strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and time management skills to quickly gain trust and build up solid working relationships
Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken & written English (additional language is a plus)
Ability to drill-down and find solutions independently
Flexibility regarding working time, including the ability to work in shifts (morning, afternoon)
