Roles & Responsibilities:

• Advising the Assurance team and partners PAN India on complex Assurance matters etc.
• Analysis of new developments in professional standards, regulatory and legal requirements and guiding the Assurance teams
• Conducting Periodic inspection of engagements to ensure quality control is operating efficiently.
• Drafting and implementation of various policies and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements of Professional standards and regulatory and legal requirements.
• Ensuring the audit team complies with policies and procedures
• Assisting the Firm in their initiatives to improve Assurance quality and enhance the Assurance function.
• Maintaining the Library (Knowledge Bank) and circulation of updates to Assurance teams
• Preparing internal notes for circulation.
• Providing Staff training to Assurance Team
• Monitoring the implementation of ISQC1/ISQM1 and ISQM2
• Conducting reviews of financial statements
• Conducting Periodic inspection of engagements to ensure quality control is operating efficiently
• Providing Technical support on Assurance tool used by the firm

Education:

Qualified CA

Experience:

5+ Years of post qualification experience into Assurance domain
