Role Title Risk Process Analyst
Responsibilities:
Review new or existing processes to identify control gaps, operational weaknesses, and opportunities for automation
- Ensure risk controls are working effectively through metrics and testing.
- Participate/Lead RCA and broader thematic reviews undertaken by Risk and Compliance.
- Develop process maps to document processes and communicate control weakness and mitigation strategies.
- Work to expose unreported system weakness.
- To execute and do analytical quality review at portfolio level, channel level, new product, and distributor level analysis.
- Develop operational control MI and report findings to the Operational Risk Lead.
- To conduct risk assessment and mitigation by assessing and review of risk registers, risk triggers and portfolio analysis.
- Prepare varied and provide analysis of MI and Risk Reports.
- Identify data and information required for controls and reporting purposes.

QUALIFICATION:
M Com /MBA Postgraduate
5-8 Years of relevant work experience preferred in Pension investment and Insurance sector.
