About The Role
As a TPRM Controls Assessment Manager in our Tech COO, you'll play a key role in helping in
- Supporting the business with the delivery of TPRM controls assessment requirements as they relate to engaging and managing third parties.
- Supporting the continuous improvement in the risk and control environment as they relate to (security & data /third party integrity /resiliency) through close engagement and collaboration with the business stakeholders and the our third-parties
- Providing global support and guidance through the (security & data /third party integrity /resiliency) risk identification, assessment, and management processes.

What will your day look like
As the TPRM Control Assessment Senior Analyst (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency), you are accountable for:
- Providing first line (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency) SME advice to the business across the TPRM lifecycle and applicable risk and compliance obligations
- Providing first line (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency) related support and SME advice to the business and third parties to ensure effective risk management and compliance over third party engagements
- Taking the lead (under the guidance of the relevant TPRM Controls Assessment Manager) on:
- Delivering internal and external due diligence for (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency) related controls assessments
- Reviewing the output from TPRM (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency) control assessments and sharing findings with key stakeholders
- Delivering consistent, high-quality user experience across TPRM control assessment in line with the standard TPRM control assessment approach
- Maintaining effective relationships with business stakeholders and third parties by ensuring business accountabilities for TPRM are understood, as well as a customer service focus where you will seek to add-value and support the business with their requirements
- Providing day-to-day guidance and act as performance coach for more junior members of the Controls Assessment Team
What will you bring
- 8+ years of professional experience with risk management and compliance delivery within the financial service industry, ideally with third-party lens (e.g. Security and data, Third-Party Integrity, Resiliency, ABAC, ESG, Business Continuity, Outsourcing, Procurement, etc.)
- Proven first line TPRM resiliency related controls assessment and stakeholder management experience across the end-to-end TPRM lifecycle including policy /procedure alignment, due diligence, monitoring, quality assurance and facilitating finding management activities with RTOs and other senior business stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team coupled with stakeholder management expertise, including multiple examples of managing effective relationships and delivery of TPRM (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency) control assessments activities
- Experience with providing support for risk operational delivery related matters using Scrum approaches, supported by Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated track record of delivering effectively to operational deadlines and commitment to continuous improvement and learning in the workplace
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Experience interpreting and understanding regulatory requirements across multiple regimes
- Experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment
- Demonstrated customer lens and affinity
