About The Role
The TPRM Controls Assessment team is responsible for the TPRM lifecycle delivery, including centralised facilitation of pre-contract and post-contract controls assessment activities. TPRM Controls Assessment teams:
- Fulfill a critical role in both supporting the business with the delivery of existing requirements as they relate to engaging and managing third parties, as well as the continuous improvement in the risk and control environment through close engagement and collaboration with business stakeholders and our third-parties.
- Provide global support and guidance through the third-party risk identification, assessment, and management processes. In your role as the TPRM Controls Assessment Specialist (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency) you will be part of a newly created cross-border /multi-jurisdictional and be responsible for supporting the team with the delivery of TPRM controls assessment requirements as they relate to engaging and managing third parties.

What will your day look like
As the TPRM Control Assessment Specialist (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency) you will work with senior members of the team support to collate the data and information needed to provide first line (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency) SME advice on:
- TPRM lifecycle risk and compliance obligations, policies, and procedures
- Risk management and compliance over third party engagements o Internal and external due diligence for (Security & Data /Third Party Integrity /Resiliency) related controls assessments
- Delivering consistent, high-quality user experience across TPRM control assessment in line with the standard TPRM control assessment approach
- Maintaining effective relationships with your team and business stakeholders
What will you bring
- 1years of experience of professional experience with risk management and compliance delivery within the financial service industry, ideally with third-party lens (e.g. Security and data, Third-Party Integrity, Resiliency, ABAC, ESG, Business Continuity, Outsourcing, Procurement, etc.)
- Able to take direction with proven ability to work in an agile team (Scrum, Jira and Confluence) and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills and a track record of working to deadlines
