Designation-Risk Analyst
As an integral member of the client team's 1st line risk team, the post holder will help the 1st line risk leadership in promoting a positive risk culture throughout the Global Property & Facilities management function, through active engagement with each of the various service delivery directors, their respective teams, including 3rd party service delivery partners. You will help ensure compliance with the various enterprise-wide risk management, and business continuity management policies and frameworks pertaining to the group, and throughout the full range of property management services delivered globally.
You will therefore require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to perform your role, and as a minimum will be able to communicate both orally and in writing, in English to an advanced level (additional languages are desired but not essential). Core aspects of the role will involve supporting the 1st line team in the identification, assessment and testing of key controls and metrics for the mitigation of strategic operational risks, with the potential to impact normal property operations or the wider important business services supported by the function.
You will be responsible for collating, processing, and recording operational risk data, to inform and produce detailed management reports and reporting dashboards, including identification and tracking of risk mitigation plan milestones throughout the risk lifecycle and to within appetite of the Group. This will entail providing support across the Property & Facilities function in ensuring accurate and timely reporting and recording of Incidents / risk events, including the scheduling and delivery of post incident reviews, and providing advice and support to those teams for internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting and advising control owners on mapping and documenting key controls and other processes
- Assisting and advising on control enhancements for Property and Physical Security
- Devising milestones and project plan with control owners
- Advising and assisting on control design
- Advising on control metrics
- Providing on-going audit and testing of property and physical security processes and controls. Providing quarterly reporting on testing results.
- Project management resource to complete function/process-based Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), including assisting with the testing of relevant BCPs.
- Upload all information for BIAs, BCPs and BCP testing into Group-approved BCM tooling.
- Supporting and tracking external and internal audits, and customer due diligence enquires.
- Maintaining an audit, due diligence library.
Experience & Skills
- 2 years of experience working in risk controls or business continuity - essential
- A working understanding of BIA/BCP and risk controls essential
- Professional risk qualification desirable
