Location: Mumbai

Mandatory Qualification: BE / B.Tech with CFA / FRM (level 1)

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk Analyst in Mumbai. The Risk Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with risk analysis, and will work with the senior team to develop and implement strategies and processes. The Risk Analyst will also be required to develop reports and present findings to the team and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Freshers (IIT / Bits Pilani with CFA / FRM level 1 can apply )

Expertise in credit market including cash and structured products will be a plus

Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/MicroStrategy is a plus

Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver results

B Tech/Masters/PhD in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, CFA / FRM or any other quantitative field from Tier I colleges (IITs, IIIT, NIT, BITs, Top colleges etc)

Working closely with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), this role will be supporting the design, implementation and ongoing evolution of the organization's Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Appetite and Operational Risk Management Frameworks.A key component of the company's second line of defence mandate, the analyst will champion the respective frameworks and provide support to embed these critical items in the organization and drive a culture of risk awareness, effective challenge and governance and transparency.Key areas of focus include operational risk and the risk and control self-assessment process and driving the risk cycle of risk identification, measurement, response, monitoring and reporting of current and emerging risks.The role will involve collaboration with all other functional groups in the organization.
