As an RA Lead for Rising Auctions, you will play a pivotal role in steering the success of our auction platform by overseeing various aspects of stock selection, auction management, and promotional strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Stock Identification: Strategically identify and curate stock to be listed on RA based on predefined criteria. Analyze item/category-level performance to make informed decisions regarding auction duration.
- Auction Management: Collaborate with the team to efficiently import auctions to AMS and the website. Determine auction durations to optimize performance and sales outcomes.
- Promotional Strategies: Plan and execute effective promotion and event strategies to drive
- designer sales on the RA platform. Coordinate with the Paid and Email teams to drive traffic towards auction pages.
- Technology and User Experience: Oversee mobile app development and platform enhancements to ensure a seamless and enhanced user experience.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication through transactional email pushes, placing information in the right context and location.
- Performance Targets: Chase and strive to achieve margin and sales targets, working closely with the team to meet and exceed expectations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in auction management or a related e-commerce field.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
