Description

We are seeking an experienced RFP Expert to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for the company. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the job market context of India, including the latest trends and developments in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in collaboration with the sales team
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information required for RFPs
• Ensure timely submission of RFPs and follow up with clients as needed
• Maintain a database of RFPs and relevant information
• Analyze and evaluate RFPs to determine the company's strengths and weaknesses
• Create and maintain RFP templates
• Provide support to sales team during the proposal process
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in RFP development and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of job market context of India
