Junior RF Hardware Engineer for De-sense.
You will be responsible for assessing RF platform-level Desense performance, In addition, having a solid understanding of receiver desense mitigation techniques would be a great asset to the team, you will help to validate the designs from prototype to mass production, including:
- RF test stations setup&software verification and debug
- Daily RF yield tracking/test data process and analysis/issue highlight
- Performing HW failure analysis at the RF/wireless system level to understand failing behaviors
- Action driving and pushing design change to improve product yield
- Reviewing designs on releases of PCB layouts, flex layouts, system level groundings, shielding, etc
- Report preparation/attend daily meeting with Apple counterpart and cross-functional teams
- SOP guidance document, handover and support for Mass Production
- Factory new site bringup and team member training
Skills Request
- Strong RF fundamental knowledge
- Experience using RF lab test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzer, spectrum Analyzer, power meter, etc
- Experience with working in or with manufacturing an advantage
- Experience with different wireless communication systems such as LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GNSS
- Must be an excellent communicator with proven ability to work with cross-functionally teams
- Strong passion and high performance with self-learning/self-development capability
- Language skills: good English skills required, Chinese (Mandarin) an advantage
- Under the age of 35 is prefered
