Role Purpose-
The reward manager role is a key position that oversees the design, implementation and management of reward processes and policies at Colt. The reward manager ensures that all reward activities, such as the annual pay review and annual incentives, are compliant, accurate and efficient. The reward manager also works with internal and external partners to provide high-quality reward services and solutions that support Colt's strategy and values. The role demands a candidate who can combine strategic thinking, analytical skills, people-oriented leadership, and a practical attitude. The candidate should have a deep knowledge of reward, performance improvement, and employee engagement across different cultures. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, a global perspective, and a desire to create a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities-
The reward manager works closely with the global Reward team, the in-country management teams and cross-functional teams to strategize, implement and manage global compensation, programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy, employee satisfaction and competitive market practices.
