About the role:
A RevOps Strategist at York IE is an expert in supporting companies on their go-to-market journey. They do this by bringing a buyer centric lens while focusing on the people, process, technology, and data at every step of the go-to-market motion. Great RevOps will help a company get to the right person, at the right time, in the right way through a unification of many different methods. A RevOps Strategist will work with a portfolio of clients either on a retainer or project basis, supporting them with process design, technology administration/implementation, data stewardship, business architecture, growth marketing, and many other topics under the RevOps umbrella. Critically, no two engagements will be entirely the same and therefore the RevOps Strategist must be quick on their toes and creative to navigate the rapidly changing nature of a business and the market they are in. Success in this role will depend on the ability to leverage multiple different disciplines and best practices to properly support a client's needs. Additionally, York IE is a growing company and as such the RevOps Strategist will contribute to hat growth and maturity by helping to further professionalize and develop the RevOps practice through templetization, process design, and thought leadership.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients, supporting them in their go-to-market needs and helping shape their adoption of RevOps methodologies.
Support the entire York IE RevOps team were necessary and leverage your unique or specialized skills to help team members deliver the best value to their portfolio.
Manage digital transformation initiatives (such as CRM implementations) for clients across process, data, training, and technical workstreams.
Get your hands dirty by diving into revenue tools, transforming data, analyzing performance, and coaching both external clients and internally at York IE.
Contributing to the development of York IE and the RevOps practice by creating templates, best practices, thought leadership, and repeatable processes.
Support the growth of the RevOps practice by joining sales calls as a product expert from time to time.
Stay up to date on go-to-market best practices across the entire spectrum of businesses and markets (i.e. B2B, B2C, growth oriented vs revenue oriented, etc)
