Job Description

As the Revenue Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, optimising sales strategies, and expanding our customer base and demonstrating how our SaaS platform adds value to businesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities and take it to closure
  • Perform tailored demos to prospects, showcasing the unique features and benefits of SiftHub platform
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance on pipeline management, deal closure, and customer relationship management
  • Drive initiatives to acquire new customers while ensuring high retention rates through effective account management and customer success practices
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market reach and drive revenue growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution
Qualifications:
  • Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales in the North America market, preferably AI domain
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets, managing sales teams, and implementing scalable sales processes
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage analytics and metrics to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving ambitious goals
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, adaptable to change and ambiguity, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work in the US time zone
