Job Responsibilities
- Independently lead an escalation and projects, provide update to stakeholders and executives
- Drive UAT/Process improvement Project, ability to identify gaps in the End-to-End process & report to business
- Sound knowledge on the Quote to Cash process
- Ability to transit from transactions to RCA mode.
- Knowledge of handling processes on Order Management, AR, Collections.
- Provides expert process knowledge support to team on queries coming up for Migrations, Terminations, Customer Data, Serial corrections etc
- Experience in Fusion Business intelligence would be an added advantage.
- Able to provide metrics/data as per the requirement.
- Develop and refine documentation to support consistent best practices and ensure key fiscal controls are supported and risks are mitigated.
- Represent the organization for any cross functional initiative
- Ensure adequate back-up planning for all critical positions
- Assist and guide team members who need support on floor
- Own the Process Documentation by ensuring all the desk manuals, I learning content is updated and current
- Develop Training framework for new joiners within operations
- Improve process health metrics and KPIs based on extensive data analysis
- Own all the executive escalations impacting customer centricity and drive the issue till closure
- Collect, input, verify and analyze data to validate actual practice versus business objectives thus helping with internal audit parameters and defining scope for improvement.
- Identify critical automation/process simplification projects. Able to innovate and bring changes that can reduce the time and enhance productivity.

Career Level - IC3
This position is to lead escalations and projects in Install Base Team to resolve any queries related to Migrations, Terminations, Serial Correction changes, Non-revenue order bookings which are logged to IB. Providing metrics/data on the process managed by the team as per the requirement. Provide RCA on the Audit requests that are worked by IB. Managing Desk manuals up to date.
Drive engagement with various team within Finance/OAL/MOS/GPOs to get the issue resolved, works on RCA and put a permanent fix on the cause.
