Role Assistant Pension Manager Retirement Solution Group (L2)
Education and Experience - Graduation mandatory : 3-5 yrs in Life Insurance sector will be preferred
Role Description -
- Sourcing business through large corporate & PSUs for retirement benefits & viz. Annuities & NPS, by managing the end-to-end sales
cycle.
- Driving customer engagement through portal for retirement planning.
- Acquiring business through existing book of mapped accounts by increasing engagement, enabling awareness sessions, consultations competitive comparisons, etc.
- Retirement and Pension
- Reduced average case issuance time from 35 days to 15 days.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with state and central govt. nodal officers for sourcing of NPS annuities.
- Connecting with govt. department heads for PFM awareness session approvals.
- Conducting PFM sessions to increase NPS awareness and drive AUM growth within assigned territory and target
- Responsible for business development and operations of NPS annuities for Allotted area
Role Includes 3 Primary Responsibilities-
- Business Development:
- Responsible directly as well as indirectly for entire NPS annuity target of west zone
- Developing and nurturing relationships with corporate and government nodal officers for business development
- Conducting seminars and webinars for end customers to create awareness and drive business
- Operations:
- Supervising end to end operations from document pickup and application login to case issuance
- Liaising with central underwriting team daily for solving discrepancies case by case.
- Training:
- Training frontline sales people and empowering them with power pitches, market info, one pager brochures etc.
