The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing retention marketing strategies focused on maximizing customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
With expertise in email, SMS, push notification campaigns, and CRM platforms such as Clevertap, MoreEngage, WebEngage, and Omni-channel. The Retention Marketing Spoc will play a key role in driving customer retention and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Retention Strategy Development:
Develop comprehensive retention marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving retention and reducing churn.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across Facebook retargeting, email, SMS, and push notifications.
Coordinate campaign messaging and timing across channels to ensure consistency and maximum impact.
Segmentation and Personalization:
Segment customer base based on behavior, demographics, and preferences to deliver personalized and relevant marketing messages.
Implement dynamic content and product recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
CRM Platform Management:
Manage and optimize CRM platforms such as Clevertap, MoreEngage, WebEngage, and Omni-channel to drive customer engagement and retention.
Leverage platform features and capabilities to automate workflows, segment audiences, and track campaign performance.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for retention marketing campaigns, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align retention marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Share insights and best practices to optimize the customer experience and drive retention.
Qualifications & Skills Set:
Proven experience in retention marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, push notification campaigns, and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles and strategies.
Experience with CRM platforms such as MoreEngage, WebEngage, or Omni-channel is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
