Position Summary :
Incumbent will be responsible to plan out training calendar and training agenda in conjunction with Key Account Manager (KAM)/ Sales Owner.
Key Responsibilities :
- To conduct training at various retailer and outlet locations, both in-person and via virtual classroom sessions.
- To run training need analysis process at partner level and coordinate with respective Key Account Manager (KAM) / Sales Owner to identify the critical sales needs and process gaps.
- To prepare training content in usable formats which are easily understood by employees and by partners
- To monitor total candidates covered by training and provide reports to management on training coverage.
- To ensure the availability of e-content and alignment of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Essential Requirements :
- Graduate degree required in any discipline.
- Should be able to manage Retail Store Executives and conduct training sessions with over 150 participants.
- Strong Communication Skills - Verbal, Written and Presentation.
- Should be Open for traveling Pan India.
