Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the furniture industry, coupled with a strong background in retail management. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and manage store operations efficiently.
Store Operations Management:- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Sales and Customer Service:- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.- Train and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Team Leadership:- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Schedule staff shifts and manage workforce planning to ensure optimal coverage.
Financial Management:- Monitor store financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Marketing and Promotions:- Develop and execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement local advertising campaigns.- Organize and participate in store events to drive traffic and boost sales.
Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Gather customer feedback and use it to improve store offerings and services.- Manage the store's CRM system to track and analyze customer interactions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in the furniture industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
