We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fashion brand retail store. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing a team, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, staffing, visual merchandising, and inventory management
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet sales targets- Ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained at all times
Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee development
Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in the fashion industry
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems- Bachelor's degree in business administration, fashion merchandising, or related field (preferred)
