We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Executive to join our team at KPose Studio. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers by guiding them through the use of our photobooth machines and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Customer Assistance:Explain and demonstrate the photobooth machine usage process to customers, ensuring they understand how to take pictures, select frames, and receive their prints.
Provide friendly and helpful customer service, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Maintain the retail store in a presentable condition at all times, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Regularly check and restock supplies, such as photo paper, props, and other materials used in the photobooth.
Be available to work on weekends and public holidays, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed during peak times.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the store's needs and customer flow.
Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Basic technical skills to operate the photobooth machines and troubleshoot minor issues.
